Mr. Robert Shetler

I began Taekwondo in October of 2003 in an effort to learn self defense. Taekwondo is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Besides learning self defense, it’s helped me become more confident in class and in life.

The highlight of my Taekwondo training was earning my Black Belt on September 28, 2007.

Besides my regular training, I enjoy attending CTF Regional Summer Camp at Lock Haven University.
